This deliverable addresses ethical considerations concerning human involvement, personal data management, and AI technologies in the DEPLOYTOUR project. It provides guidelines and measures for handling ethical issues, including informed consent, data protection, and ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

This first deliverable concerning Interoperability & Data sharing gathers requirements based on five pilot initiatives defining a series of use cases. The document summarises the content of both preceding preparatory actions, adding the updates on the field of the DSSC 2.0, and sets a methodology to engage these five pilots in the development of the use cases that will give sense to the dataspace.

Drawing from the preparatory work conducted in D2.1 (Interoperability & Data Sharing) and D2.4/D2.5 (ETDS Architecture), this deliverable moves the project into its technical execution phase. Deliverable D2.2 presents the detailed design and implementation strategy for the ETDS prototype, which will be progressively implemented throughout the DEPLOYTOUR project. As a first step in this process, the deliverable defines a Minimum Viable Data Space (MVDS) a functional implementation focused on core components and technical validation.

This second deliverable concerning Reference Architecture provides a technical infrastructure of ETDS, influenced by the previous analysis on Interoperability & Data sharing. The proposed architecture is designed around the Minimum Viable Dataspace, remaining extensible to accommodate future functionalities.

The architectural updates that are introduced derive from the D2.4-ETDS Architecture document. This document reflects the latest developments and ensures alignment with European standards or European technical recommendations.  

This deliverable represents the first step towards a comprehensive framework of guidelines for the governance and operational roles within the ETDS. As recommended by the blueprint of the preparatory projects DATES and DSFT, it outlines the roles, responsibilities, and processes necessary to ensure the compliant, efficient, and collaborative management of the ETDS ecosystem, including all functions of data sharing.

This deliverable is the first quarterly report on pilots’ implementation and covers both the activities carried out by the pilots’ teams and their tangible results. It aims to report on all the different aspects characterising the road towards the implementation of the use cases, from the definition of strategic objectives to the practical actions. Both quantitative KPIs and extensive, qualitative descriptions are used to assess pilots’ performance.

This document, following a previous report on the activities from M1 (October 2024) to M13 (October 2025), presents the first quarterly report on DEPLOYTOUR Pilot Implementation covering the period from M14 (November 2025) to M16 (January 2026). It provides an overview of progress across the five pilots, as well as coordination, technical and governance alignment, support, and monitoring activities under WP4.

The Dissemination and Communication Plan (D&CP) outlines the strategy and guidelines for effectively implementing communication and dissemination activities over the project's three-year duration.  This document includes detailed information on key messages, communication tools and channels, target audiences, planned activities, and their timelines, monitoring tools, and indicators.
