This deliverable is the first quarterly report on pilots’ implementation and covers both the activities carried out by the pilots’ teams and their tangible results. It aims to report on all the different aspects characterising the road towards the implementation of the use cases, from the definition of strategic objectives to the practical actions. Both quantitative KPIs and extensive, qualitative descriptions are used to assess pilots’ performance.
