DEPLOYTOUR presented at the Smart Destination Day 2025

Smart Destination Day, organized by DEPLOYTOUR partner, the Travel Innovation Observatory of Politecnico di Milano, is the leading event dedicated to destination management innovation in Italy. This year, for the first time, it becomes a European appointment, bringing together experts and stakeholders from across the continent. The event will feature a presentation of the Observatory’s research and collect relevant best practices and successful applications on: - Digital strategies and tools to tackle unbalanced tourism - AI and data-driven approaches for sustainable destination development It will also be the opportunity to discover DEPLOYTOUR and its main actions to deploy the Common European Tourism Data Space. The workshop will proceed in the afternoon with working tables among DMOs and experts reserved for on-site participants (in Florence). Registration for the event is mandatory.
